JV Community Retreat 2026

Get together! As mentioned by Jonathan Veira in  the Steinway Room in the last couple of weeks we are looking to organize a ‘get-together’ and have secured the availability of St Katharine’s Retreat House, Parmoor near Marlow and Henley on Thames (Post code RG9 6NN). This event will take place on Wednesday 18th November 2025.

Please see the guidelines below before considering submitting your RSVP.

• We can accommodate up to 34 people residentially, in 20 rooms. 

• They only have 13 ensuite rooms so very much a first come first served situation.

Getting to St Katharine’s Parmoor is fairly easy.

i. Situated between the M40 and M4 so by road it is fairly straightforward.

ii. The nearest train station is High Wycombe with a 15 minute taxi from there.

At this point anyone seriously interested in coming to such a day should complete an RSVP form expressing; 

• Are you interested in just the day? 

• Would you like some overnight accommodation for 1 or 2 nights?
